Green policy

All Joyride rentals include basic third-party liability insurance, as required by Greek law.

Optional protection plans are available to reduce your financial responsibility in the event of an accident:

• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Lowers your liability for damage to the rental vehicle.

• Advanced or Complete Coverage: Further reduces or removes the excess depending on the selected plan.

Throughout the rental period, the vehicle remains under your responsibility, and in the event of any incident, you are expected to act in a way that protects both you and the company’s interests.

In case of an accident:

• Contact Joyride immediately

• Take photos and a short video of the vehicle, the location, and any involved parties or damage

• Gather details of other vehicles or persons involved, if applicable

• Ensure a police report is filed, especially if third parties are involved
